Pricing and Fees for Services

Information below is subject to change.

Rental Pieces

Current inventory and pricing for rental pieces can be viewed on our inventory page. Prices are subject to change until initial deposit is paid.

Minimum Orders

Currently, we do not have a minimum order requirement.

Handling Fees

A handling fee applies to every order. This covers the preparation, packing, cleaning, etc. of rental pieces. The handling fee depends on the items rented, special handling needs, etc. It generally starts at 10% of the total cost of the rental pieces.

Refundable Security Deposit

A security deposit applies to every order and the amount depends on the items rented. This deposit helps protect our very small business in the event of any loss or damage, or any additional and unanticipated job-related tasks that were not previously agreed upon. The security deposit must be paid via Venmo and is refundable as outlined in the contract.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on a variety of factors, including distance, type of vehicle needed, timing, staff, etc. Calculated from our location in Alexandria, VA, minimum base pricing is:

  • Standard everyday vehicle:

    • Within a 20 mile radius: $75

    • Each mile after: $2.00 per mile, roundtrip

  • Cargo van or truck (automatic pricing for furniture rentals):

    • Within a 20 mile radius from our location: $300

    • Each mile after: $5.00 per mile, roundtrip

Client Pickup and Return of Rentals

Clients may choose to pick up and return their rental items for a fee of $50.


Extra Day Fees

Rental items that are in the client’s possession for more than one calendar day may be subject to extra day fees. This most commonly occurs when a client picks up rentals and returns them a couple days later. Extra day fees depend on the items rented and will be outlined in your  invoice.

Setup and Teardown Services

We offer onsite setup and teardown services of our rentals and/or decor provided by the client. Setup and teardown fees depend on the level of detail involved, time frame allotted, number of staff needed, etc. This price will be determined based on the proposed details of the job and will be outlined in your invoice.

Graphic Design and Printing Services

We offer graphic design (invitations, programs, menus, name tents, table numbers, signage, etc.) and printing services. Pricing will be determined based on the proposed details of the project(s).
